I can't find my booking

You can find all your bookings by clicking on the List of bookings  on the left hand side bar.

In order to find the specific one, you have several search options. You can either paste the booking reference in the search fields, or some of the key information, such as driver' s name or vehicle plate number. Or you can choose from any of the given drop down options above Search engine, in case you need a list of several bookings that fit into certain criteria.

Whichever way you choose you need to make sure that you have chosen the correct date range for your search, including the date of your booking in From or To field. If you do not do that your booking might not appear in the list.
