It is probable that you have tried to create a new account but it turns out that email address is already registered. This is likely due to one of the following reasons:
- You have registered in the past at your venue and just forgotten about it (don't worry it happens to all of us)
- You've registered at another client's platform that uses Voyage Control. You have one login for all our clients using Voyage Control to limit the number of accounts you have to remember
- Someone else in your organisation has registered using that email address
In all of these cases you will need to log into your portal rather than signing up.
If you have forgotten, or don't know the password, please click "Forgot your password?" on the log in page. Please follow the online instructions, you will receive a password reset email. If you do not receive this, please check your spam/junk folder - the email will come from info@voyagecontrol.com.
