What is the vehicle pass and what to do with it

What is it? 

• The vehicle pass makes the unloading/loading process much simpler and more efficient.
• It provides the traffic management team with the information they need to direct you straight to the gate/bay closest to your stand/delivery.

What do I do with it?

• Your vehicle pass needs to be printed prior to your arrival at the venue and should be displayed in the vehicle's window screen.
• You will be able to print out a vehicle pass once you have filled in the vehicle registration details on the system.
