Not to worry. Simply tick the box indicating you don't know the driver details yet - please read the popup, it contains important information.
Your booking won't be complete until you've provided the driver details so you won't be able to print your pass. When you confirm the booking at the end of stage 3 you will be sent an email letting you know you've made an incomplete booking.
When you know the driver details just log back into your account and add it to the relevant booking.
You will then be able to print the pass. If you don't have access to a printer between inputting the driver details and arriving at Olympia London then you can download the pass onto a smartphone and show that to the onsite traffic team when asked.

If after going through that article you decide you still need to book a pass then the best plan is to book an incomplete pass and give the courier company the details - this way there will at least be space when they arrive although they may have to wait a few minutes.
