I don't know my user type

Below is an explanation of some of the most commonly used user types:

• Event Organiser: The official organisers of that event
• Shell Scheme Exhibitor: An exhibitor that has a pre-made stand
• Space Only Exhibitor: An exhibitor that has an empty space
• Official Contractor: Some events have official contractors for things like flooring and electricals. If you don't know you're an official contractor you're probably not. 

If these explanations aren't of any help I suggest you talk to your event organiser contact who will be able to explain your user type more fully to you. 

We at Voyage Control do not have a list of exhibitors/contractors and so won't be able to tell you your user type if it's outside of the above list.
