Do I need to book? Do I need to book for breakdown?

Everyone needs to book for build and open days in order to access the loading bays at NEC including exhibitors, contractors and organisers. 

Couriers and taxis might not need to book as long as the following applies:

• They will take no more than 15 minutes
• They don't require access to a forklift
• They don't require access into the loading bay - they can unload on the roadside

Breakdown does not currently require a booking.

It's best to assume you should a book a time slot - it's easier to delete a booking than get a fully booked slot later on.
