To download a pass please go to your List of bookings and find the relevant booking. Click on the print or download button - this will start download or print screen.
If for any reason you are unable to print the pass, please show it to the traffic staff once on site, they will print one out for you, but that might cause some delays. If you are using the app, then all you need to do is show the staff a pass with QR code which they will scan and in that way verify your booking.
