I want to book a day that is unavailable

There are two main factors that contribute to when you will have been given access. These include:

• User type (e.g. space only exhibitors are usually given earlier access than shell scheme exhibitors to allow time to build their stand)
• Vehicle type - Olympia London has some restrictions on when certain size of vehicles are allowed access to the site. This is usually anything over 7.5T must wait at least 2 hrs after break down before being allowed in the loading bay. 

We are unable to issue passes outside of the times you are able to book. Permission to book outside of the times that appear to you must be given by your event organiser. 

We are only able to book the same times that you would be able to - we can't override the booking system.
