What if I am early/late?

If you're early the traffic team/loading bay staff will try and fit you in, but if not, you will need to wait for your allotted time slot.

If you are late, you should try to amend your booking slot to the time of your arrival, otherwise you can potentially lose the slot and risk not being let in onto the loading bay. If possible, traffic staff will try to fit you in, but we strongly recommend you avoid being late.
