We need you to stick to your unloading time so that we can make room for other deliveries. All booking times are allocated to the size of your vehicle, the larger the vehicle the more time you have to unload.
Vehicles are electronically “checked in” and “checked out” of the inner unloading areas using our ANPR cameras. Vehicles that overstay their allotted time will lose their deposit. If, however you have an issue at the hall where through no fault of your own you have been delayed, for example your stand is not ready, please speak to a security officer or traffic officer immediately. If the issue is genuine they will try to seek an extension for you.
