The time I want is fully booked

If the time slot has been fully booked this means there is no space left for any more vehicles at that time. There aren't any saved for last minute bookings - it really is first come first served. 

It is possible that a full slot could be become available later on if another user cancels a booking but this doesn't happen often during particularly busy periods. 

There is usually time slots available later in the day - if there are no slots available at all then please send us a message using the "Submit a Request" button on the top of this page and we will see if there can be anything done.
